I’m a writer by trade, with a particular interest in the thinking that makes good writing work: understanding the subject, finding the argument, knowing the audience and choosing what matters.
For 8+ years, I’ve worked across tenders, funding, fundraising, technical content and communications. Much of that work starts with a subject I don’t know well. I research it, get to grips with the detail, ask the questions that need asking and shape the information into something clear, persuasive and purposeful. I also work with localisation, adapting content for different markets, audiences and contexts rather than simply translating it.
